If you contact HSBC direct they will assess your complaint in exactly the same way that they treat complaints sent in by a CMC and you won’t have to pay them a fee or any percentage if HSBC do end up compensating you.
Make a complaint to HSBC about; Personal Loan Protection Plan, Cardholder Repayment Plan, Flexiloan Repayment Protection, Mortgage Repayment Protection or Small Business Loan Protection.

Please provide full details of why you believe you were mis-sold PPI. You may find it helpful to complete and send HSBC the questionnaire available on the Financial Ombudsman Service website. Sending HSBC this form should ensure they have all the information they need to process your complaint efficiently and as quickly as possible, however it is not mandatory for it to be completed.
