  • Lowell/Vanquis Court Claim

I am at the stage where I could not have mediation as Lowells had not provided me with the relevant paperwork.

The local Court then issued a letter ordering the Claimant to file and serve a reply to the Defence by 4pm of 28/07/2017.

I have today received said reply from Claimant with copy of Application, but where my signature should be it is covered by a stamp from Vanquis with their signature. They have also sent me copy of Notice of Default, Letter of Assignment of debt from Vanquis to Lowell and a copy of transactions made on the credit card up to June 2012.

What should I do next, do I wait to hear from the Court?

Thanks for replying. They have sent me papers as court asked them to, but the copy of the application doesn't have my signature on it, it is covered by a vanquis signature and date. The other papers are.poor copies and provided a list of transactions made on said credit card.
