  • White labelling a loan

I am trying to get my head round this statement

The partnership between Morgan Stanley and Liverpool Victoria builds on an existing relationship formed in October 2005, when Morgan Stanley outsourced its personal loan operation for new customers to the friendly society to white label all new personal loans.

So if I applied to MS for a loan would it come from LV with all the paperwork LV paperwork or would it come from LV with all the paperwork branded MS? Or could it be mix and match so for example the paperwork say MS yet the credit into the bank say LV

    See it is confusing
