  • Harassment and Police Information Notices

    Hi

If a person makes an allegation against another of 'harassment' and that other person is served a Police Information Notice stating that they must not contact the 'victim', but the victim then goes on to contact the party with the PIN against them a year later, does the PIN become null and void?

    Thanks

is this any use?? https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/reque...tach/3/PIN.pdf ??

IMO ~ if the alleged victim goes against the PIN before it's expired then the person the PIN was brought against should let the police know (but still adhere to the PIN)

      Hi

They have but the are absolutely useless in that they keep replying that they are not recording the complaint - even though it is not a complaint.
