    Hi, Firstly, great site. Lots of great information so far.
    I am being asked for £400, Ex catalouge.
    My last payment/acknowledgement was dec 2010.
    Leaves credit report august 1st 2017
    Account was idle for around 11 months before Capquest took over/bought debt
    Particulars of claim.
    over due balance from a contract with catalouge company.
    Have started to work on defence from template do i admit and ask for papers or deny and ask the same.
    I have capquest and soliciter on tape saying they dont have note of assignment, but not sent letters {cpr}.
    any ideas/help would be appreciated.

      Thank you Mike,
      Completed first steps, sent letters,
      have now had reply after submitting a defence.
      Capquest have now changed the solicitor since i have sent requests for information. Will resend request letters to new solicitor.
      My last payment to the account was in 12/10.
      Found old default notice dated 7/11.
      Credit report states 6 years on 8/17.
