Hi everyone, I need some help. Back in 2011 I was contacted by Bank Smart with regards PPI. I asked them to check if I could claim as I was made bankrupt ( i was given to understand that if I received any money I couldn't have it) They continued with the claim and as I thought all monies received went straight to the insolvency officer. I contacted Bank Smart by e.mail and told them to contact the Insolvency office and they would pay 10% of the fees. Bank Smart failed to do this and now they are threatening me with court proceedings in 7 days. What are my chances of winning the court case?
