  • Gemini Parking PCN, failed appeal, help please

    Hi,
I have received a 2 PCN on the 10th July and 13th July. stating that i have not parked in the allocated parking bay within my own underground car park. The situation is my allocated bay was used by someone else the night before and I parked at a different bay, and since then I haven't checked or moved my car until the 13th July which i noticed there are already 2 PCN on the car windscreen. I have sent an email to gemini parking soutions trying to appeal the case, but they replied me that i failed the appeal.
Should I appeal to POPLA if so what how should I approach it?
I am not quite sure what to do.
    PLease HELP
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP
    THANKSSSS

So, as in all residential cases, get out your lease and tell us what it says about parking and also pictures of the signs. (You could always sue the parking company for failing to do their job ) Only joking.

    Have a read here

Appealing to POPLA is a good idea but put your appeal on here first for critique.
