  • Arrow Global/Restons CCJ Filed for Old debt.

    Hello,

I received a court form to my old address (actually my parent's address) for an old HSBC managed loan debt I originally took out circa 2008. I am 99.9% sure I haven't paid anything towards the debt since 2010-2011, so I have told the court I will be defending the case.

I received the court letter on 7th July and logged into the court account to acknowledge the service on the 8th July. The letter is dated 3rd July. I went abroad on holiday on 8th July and only just returned to sort out my defence. Please can someone help with me the next steps. I am 99.9% sure I haven't paid anything for the last 6 years as I moved out of my parent's in 2011 and think I stopped paying at least a year before that.

    Kind regards
