    Hi
I am yet another to have fallen foul of Premier Parking. Briefly I parked and paid and left on time but I have been charged for allegedly entering a wrong digit into their machine.
Despite asking them to produce evidence of this, they have failed to produce any. I intend to fight this all the way. But now have a letter from their solicitors threatening me with the County courts. I luckily have the original parking ticket. It seems from my reasearch that the courts are tending to side more with the parking companies.
Any advise would be much appreciated
