    Ive done the above but telecomms account from orange who no longer exist. No default notice supplied as yet and refused to supply assignment letter as 'confidential'. Any ideas on next step?

    Hi Steve

    I've just moved your post to your own thread. The notice of assignment isn't confidential and is just a copy of a letter the original creditor should have sent you. The deed of assignment is what they normally argue is confidential but they can redact all the other account details.

    What stage is your case at? Little background ?
