  • Directions questionnaire confusion

    Hi guys,

I am at the stage of the Directions Questionnaire after following the process to appeal my ticket. I am very confused about what I should do from here on out. For some reason I have received a completed Directions Questionnaire from Parking Control Management (Uk) Limited. Is this a mistake? There are no instructions online to explain what happens next.

I would also like to add that I came back from holiday today and received the letter with the directions questionnaire, I'm presuming this was sent to my house two weeks ago. I want to make sure that this matter is not time sensitive.

Thank you for your time and I appreciate all the help you guys have done for me so far!

When the other party completes their DQ, CPR dictates that they have to serve a completed copy on all other parties.

You should, in due course, receive your DQ from the court, which you in turn complete, file at court within the stated timeframe, & serve on the other parties.
You could 'phone the court if you want to check whether your copy has been sent yet.

Are they also asking for a hearing on paper only as this is a simple matter?
