  • Driving Offence

Hi my partner is a wagon driver he has received a court summons for speeding, as he currently has 9 points so this will take him over the limit, he can plead guilty via post or go to court, what would be best? Also is it worth getting a solicitor? They also want to know my wage do I have to declare that? As he earns more than me we would end up loosing our house as I cannot afford all out goings on my wage. Any advice would be appreciated thanks
