    I have a ccj of which i offered 20.00 month but the payment date is 18th of the month but i dont get paid till the 27th ..i have made 2 payments but i have a letter from county court saying the bailiffs will call as its not been paid ..i have been on Restons site and its clear they have received the money .. what i would like to know is do i have to pay the court to have the payment date changed? I have emailed restons 10 days ago and the choose not to reply .. any help/advice is helpful many thanks

    Now you now what happens when you break the terms of a Court Order. If you need it changed you will need to file an application to do so. Form N245 is what you need - fee £50 unless on certain Benefits or low wage - see Forms EX160a & EX160c for details.
