  • DRO aftermath

    Hi there,
Back in 2014 I completed a DRO and my debts were wiped.
After the year it was in effect have found that my then creditor have put defaults back on to my credit score..... According to bains and Ernest this shouldn't have happened and I'm confused as to why it has.
When I call the companies in question I get no where at all.

    Can anyone help me please.

    Re: DRO aftermath

As far as I know they should not have put defaults back and if you can prove this has caused you loss you can sue

I would be writing a formal complaint to each company that has done this- follow the complaints procedure and then take it to the FOS
