Re: Gladstone Trace DRP ignored letters for unpaid PCN

If it were me I'd ignore the ones not being chased for the moment.
Concentrate on the one that is 'live'.
Have you taken pictures of the site signage?
Also it would be good to try & get copies of the windscreen ticket & the NTK.

Hard thing about that is all correspondance has been binned, difficult to know which ones have been chased and ignored.

would need to contact Gladstone for this information, am I right? Any particular wording needing to be used?

Unless you've had other correspondence from Gladstones, that letter is pretty much just a template debt collection letter referring you to gsl collections.
If it were me I'd write & try to get the info from NCP as they would be holding all your data.
But confine the request to just the one parking event.
Don't kick the kennel re the other ones.
But in the meantime if you do get either a letter before action ("We will issue a court claim, as opposed to may/might), you will need to take a different approach.

This is impossible to do when Gladstone don't say what the parking fine they are chasing relates to...could be any one of them

They (or their agents) are sending correspondence relating to one parking event.
            They must know which one.
If they don't, they can't sue you for breach of contract, can they.
Word your letter wisely....always refer to their (or their representative's) letter of XX date.
