  • Gladstone Trace DRP ignored letters for unpaid PCN

    Hi,
Please see the correspondence Attached. Trace have confirmed the cases they have attached to the reg see correspondence attached. There is numerous states of 'chasing'. Some
have advised to send the three letters but there is conflicting advice on whether this is the right thing to do anyway?
    All help is appreciated.

Is the other letter the initial Notice to Keeper?

Is the notice to keeper the letter NCP send? If so, I am way further down the chasing than this.

The images I am trying to attach are correspondence between myself and Trace via email

                      Thanks guys!

May I ask why the three letter process is not to be used? Just to advise my friend.

Re the '3 letters', it's a Freeman On The Land thing.
Personally, I kind of like it in a Robin Hood, power to the people sort of way.
Unfortunately our court systems don't seem to share the view.
In a Canadian case recently, the judge described their (FMOTL) methods as 'organised pseudolegal commercial arguments'.
I fear the same kind of sentiment is held by judges over here.

It is a shame, it seems so simple.

Far be it from me to dissuade you if you think it (3 letters) is viable.
It's just that someone said to me many years ago that it is easier to fight the system from within, using the laws which the 'system' recognise against them, than to try and use a legal argument which is not a part of that which is established & accepted (by the system).
