  • Find someone's bail conditions

    Good morning,

My mother has a new "boyfriend" and has stated he is living with her and has been for a month. Yesterday I found out that two weeks ago he was arrested and charged for arson. My mother claims to have no knowledge of this arrest as he hasn't told her. Is it possible for me to find out what his bail conditions are and if so can I report him for breaching them if he is?

    Thank you

surely for the benefit of doubt tell your mother, and leave it to her! for her own sake/judgment! or you may find later you knew and she did not, would not go down well?

She says that she is not aware of his arrest, which leaves me to believe he is breaking is bail conditions. Is it possible to find out what they are from the police as at present I do not wish to talk to the 'boyfriend' and I do not trust him to be honest with me or my mother.

best she confronts him maybe? for her own sake! to be on bail is suspect as to the reason?

Yes and I believe he will manipulate the situation to suit. The question is wether or not I can find out where he supposed to be staying as part of his bail conditions from the police and if he is breaking them can I report it.
