    CCJ Issued 2015

    I have looked at my credit report to find a ccj from 2015 from county court business centre. I have never revived any paperwork from the court as I am
    No longer at this address.
    My partner took out a card in a joint name but stopped paying in December 2010 as I found out. Can this ccj be added so long after non payment or contact from the credit card company?
    Please help...

    Hi Sheppards, welcome to LB.

    You'll need to get the judgment set aside.
    You'll also need to show that if it is, you have a good prospect of defending the claim.
    Statute barred is about as good as it gets!

        If the last payment was in 2010 and the CCJ was in 2015,this won't be statute barred.
