    Iwill try to answer your questions
    The fact you asked for info prior to the claim or judgement being issued is really at this point irrelevant. For whatever reason you decided the claim form looked fake and ignored it and have been awarded a default CCJ. Once the court process has started the timescale is down to the court to a large extent.

    Cost are allowed but they are limited in the small claims court - they are related to the amount of the claim

    I imagine the claim form will be asking for pre and post judgement interest , hence the the increases - without seeing the paperwork it is hard to say

    I do not think your DOB is needed - I haven't seen mine on any

    What are your aims here- to get a set aside ? If so you have a limited time and limited circumstances to do it
