    Had a loan with welcome finance in 2007 but made no payment or acknowledge the debt cabot brought the account in 2014 and placed a ccj got this set aside as statue barred debt mortimer clarke are stating it not statue barres as welcome finance didn't terminate the agreement until 2012 5 years after any payment or acknowledgement of the debt i know this not to be true but wondering how i should defend this any advise
