  • Discrimination and unfair dismissal -- help with forms

    Hi there,

and thanks in advance for your help.

I'm filling a case management form for a preliminary hearing and I'm uncertain how to go about the complaint slot. I'm taking my employer to ET for maternity discrimination, constructive dismissal, breach of contract, and unpaid wages. Shall I list all of those or are they all implied in discrimination and/or constructive dismissal?

    Thanks very much,

    Astrid

Maternity discrimination and breach of contract may fall under the category of discrimination however, the unpaid wages come under constructive dismissal. If you are unsure how to proceed further, you can seek a professional help or get a free consultation from Shegerian & Associates. Here you can get step by step guidance on maternity discrimination and constructive dismissal as well from a team of dedicated and experienced lawyers.
