    Yes they do have problems - all the marbles claims we have defended have been discontinued - the claimant doesn't seem to fancy a court fight

      Indeed, ive been rereading the Cresswell ruling, the interest rates were misstated in the agreements, and since marbles sold up to Newday it seems everythings gone missing

        Yes and combine that with the problems of assignment and non regulatory compliance that debt purchasers face and it is understandable why they discontinue cases once solicitors are involved

          Id hate to be the lawyer who drafted their documents and advised them on process etc, im sure there would be a few proff neg claims floating around lol

            any ideas on the latest Marbles credit cards since took over by newday issues since, they do state on application adverts say 35.5% then after you apply and agree the T&Cs state a different % rate 44.9% or something like that, then after a year or so increase % rate to 49.9% latest! ???
