Just an update for anyone interested and quick question.
I have sent of all the relevant letters needed to Capquest & the solicitors dealing with it. The only reply i have had from Capquest (on the 11/05) was informing me that they have forwarded my request to Littlewoods for the relevant documentation and will send it to me when they receive it, i have heard nothing from them or received any documents since.
The solicitors replied stating that they wouldn't deal with my request as i hadn't signed the letter i sent, i have since sent them another request on the 24/05 first class recorded this time signed using the anti-tamper security but haven't heard anything back from them yet either.
So my question is it's time to fill in my defence form with the county court online and i haven't received any information/documents from Capquest or the solicitors, so i'm at a bit of a loss as what i'm supposed to say or do next.
Do i just explain what the current situation is or do i need to extend the time to give these people the chance to respond?

Thanks for your reply..I have until Sunday to reply so will wait for tomorrows post to see if any documents come.
