    First off hello to all, here to pick your brains,

    FIRST. January
    my partner has had letters from cohen cramer solicitors with a claim form from Northampton court asking for moneys relating to a debt from jd williams we asked what debt? and denied all ownership and knowledge of the debt as we knew nothing about this debt. all was quite.

    SECOND. February
    had a notice that cohen cramer solicitors when't continuing with case.

    THIRD. March
    had a notice that case was being transferred to a local court but court knew noting about the case.

    FORTH. April
    received notice from local court that the case had been allocated to small claims for may 8th still could not find any information about the case as the court said they had no information about the case and it would cease unless they got correct documents on set day.

    FIFTH.end of April
    received notice from lowells solicitors now in a spin don't know where to turn and what to believe looking for some help and clarity

    Have you sent any requests for information to Cohen cramer or Lowell ? ( eg CCA or CPR requests )
