    Hi Folks

It has come to light, after a bit of a battle to get the documents, that i had a Capital one card from round about 2000

It had the massive credit limit of £200

I don't know why but although I paid it off it stayed open for another 2 or 3 years up until about 2006

There was also an annual fee

Just a quick glance going through the statements , there are some small PPI payments and some charges of £20 or so a time

Can I reclaim these and how do I go about it - also does it matter if I have current cap 1 cards

    Re: Capital One

I think it"d be a case of working out whether poking cap one is going to wake up any other debts that might end up outweighing any potential refund of ppi ( likely teeny tiny) and charges ... annual fee ? Interest charged on top ?

Was it paid off to close it ?
