    Hello Martik

It'll be up to the mortgage lender as to whether your name can be taken off the mortgage.

The loan would have been advanced/underwritten on the basis of both applicant's financial circumstances so the maths may not add up if they release one of you.

Can you say say why you want to rearrange the financial deal? Are there mortgage arrears accruing?

Is there any equity in the property?

Is the property owned as Joint Tenants or Tenants in Common?
