Re: Marstons broke my locks HELP URGENT

Making genuine vunerable people like me an example??? Ive been through 18years of hell and i left a really bad personal situation, was homeless with kids due to leaving that this is what i get for standing up for my self? I was genuinely bullied and all sorts for years but that made me really strong, my kids gave me the strength. I ask for help and then get targeted for asking for help? This is what bailifgs are doing now? They have nothing better to di than tosit there on the internet and look for vunerable people who don't know the law and pray and bully them, break into their houses to make an example of you so others can be bullied? Just because we don't know the law? Well thankfully people like me can find people who do know and can help.

Its being investigated by the police as to who he is, yes i did contact the fines manager, marstons have been made aware of the whole situation. Who the guy is, is yet to be identified. So why would he lie about his name? What was the purpose of that?

Expect the Bailiffs name to be on the paperwork the police should be able to view the video if it was used and kept maybe they will find he is registered maybe not.

I'm not believe me. What i want to know is why would he see a forum and target me and break in? He actually admitted that! On his 6th visit by the way. Why threaten me and thats after breaking in? Doesnt make sense? I guess thats up to the solicitor to deal with now i just thought someone else on here would know.

          - - - Updated - - -

Hes not on any paperwork, the registered guy is, its just his phone number and name.

Yes he did refer to it, he showed my husband the forum. This was after the break in. I will keep you posted after i spoke to the solicitor and lets see what happens. I need to deal with my kids, poor things have been ignored with all the stress of this for days, im just getting the solicitor to look into this The police have been told and he said its all been logged, if he comes back to ring them. Thats what im going to do. I just wanted to know if anyone else had had the same expereince? And if its normal for them to keep threatening you after a break in. The police and solicitor have said it's not but we shall see.

I wouldn't have known that there was an option to do that before now

I don't understand how he has identified you by your posts. When exactly did he make you aware that he knew you had posted on a forum? What date exactly?
I'd be interested to know this as well, although if it's the thread on a different forum that I have spotted (the OP's usernames are similar?) then at least they had been told this on there

I posted on this forum after the break in sweet chillie, i lost faith in the other one because the advice i got on there, the exact opposite was happening, hence the reason i came on here. He bragged about it when he clamped the car that inwas borrowing and threatened me before he went driving around to find the car. Found it n clamped it when he knew full well it doesnt belong to me, its used for a disabked person the badge is on the dash board n its used for work. Nice. Only reason i hid it is because i didnt want my freind to find out, its embarrassing but i came clean with her because she needed the car over the weekend. So she goes if he takes it she'll deal with it via courts as i have a video telling him who it belongs to.

If you are referring to the site I think, where you were told to do a statutory declaration saying you knew nothing about the fine when , by your own admission you did- then not only was it wrong but it was dangerously wrong

If the car does not belong to you and was not near your property , how did he know about it.

Yes sweet chillie the dec has been done and sent recorded delivery because i genuinely wasnt aware of the orignal court case when they fined me. If i knew i would have gone to court and pleaded my case. I dont even know what date that was.
