    sorry guys first time on..need abit of advice please...will try and keep it as short as poss..three medical reports to dwp and maximus clearly stating dwp issues and stress could send me into relapse..i have been harrassed since may last year...esa was stopped in january..i have been in relapse since may last year..on medical record...had esa reinstated last week after an unusual phone call from mandetory reconsideration team...i had a missed call and had a txt from mobile answering service...on playing recording there was dwp staff discussing and taking the p..s out of my medical reports for a while before realising it was on answering service. .does this breach the data protection act or neglegance?...thanks.

    Hi and welcome to Legal Beagles, I am unsure about your question re the DPA or negligence to be honest, someone else maybe able to answer that.
    I do though consider this something you should complain about and info how to go about that is HERE
    Appalling behaviour to say the least and it is not the first time something like this has happened.
