  • Bailiff Visit Advice

    Hi Guys,

Need some guidance here. I sent 3 repeated letters Lloyds asking for proof of debt/original contract/claim against me/original credit agreement) have now passed it over to Fidelite DCA and rather than sending me several letters like others demanding payment they are going to pay a visit they stated date and time (which is good).

What is my best course of action? Anyone else dealt with these guys?

    See attached letter

      PIP,

The " representative" IS NOT A BAILIFF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATION TO ENTER INTO ANY DIALOGUE WITH A STRANGER TURNING UP ON YOUR DOORSTEP!!
I suggest you e-mail Fidelite and state that you will not under any circumstances allow any such visit to take place, and once they have received the e-mail any such visit will be treated as harassment and suitable action will be taken.

If anyone does show up politely ask them to leave if they refuse call 999 and say you feel intimidated.

Powerless DCA say deal in writing only and close the door. No legal obligation to deal with the rep.http://eureferendum.com/blogview.asp...#disqus_thread
