I've got these statutory declaration forms from the TEC to fill out, the pe2 and pe3 but I'm a bit confused can someone offer some advice please.
It's says on the form to write the name, address and full post code of the respondent but on the info letter it says that this must be the registered keeper of the vehicle and not the driver at the time. I was driving a hire car so how does that work do I just put there company name and address down and mine on a separate sheet
