• AWR Unfairly treated ? Advise required

Hope this thread enables me to gain advise on my issues.

In a nutshell it involves 3 Companys

1.The Hirer
2. The Original Agency
3. MSP Managed Service Provider

In November 2015 I started work on a short term contract with the original agency and I remain there currently, this will change very shortly.

Mid term I was advised by the agency that the hirer had assigned a managed service provider for all contingent workforce.

Who employs me ?

Hi tf7. Do you have a contract with the original agency but you are working "temporarily" for the hirer? In which case you are an agency worker.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

A contract from the Agency has been in effect since day 1, security clearance is required for vetting purposes, Had I not signed the contract originally offerred then I would not be considered for any opportunities, I even had to pay my £25 for a Disclosure Scotland certificate.

During my current employment period (18 Months) I have complained verbally and in writing in relation to Hourly Rates, Overtime rates and Parity pay directly to the agency, to no avail.

At the beginning of 2017 a NEW STARTER arrived via the MSP Managed Service Provider, who has been paid on an hourly basis significantly more than myself and others who are on the same rate.

I have now issued my notice due to the illness and stress that has been caused.
