I sent out the cca and cpr to lowell and lowell solicitors and i have received an formal demand letter from the solicitors along with a lowell default notice i believe. I would like to get some help on how to go forward from this. I still waiting on contract from them. Also when should i defend them claim (how much time do i have). I also never took out a loan with them so i dont know why they are chasing me for the debt. Its for about £350.
    Thank you in advance
