  • What hppens after ccj set aside?

just quick question, if a ccj entered by default is successfully set aside how does this affect the claimant and the debtor?

in the case that the debtor admitted the claim but asked for time to pay (which is granted) but judgement is wrongly entered by default and subsequently set aside can the claimant just apply to have the default re-entered or not?

just realised I referred to this as a default, its a ccj I meant if the ccj is set aside can the claimant simply re-issue the claim and register another ccj if the debt is not disputed?
