  • Vodaphone CCJ

I have received a CCJ from vodaphone. I told them when the contract was up for renewal I would not renew as I had taken out a phone elsewhere. They automatically renewed and tried taking payment for 6 months which I refused to pay them. It went to Lowell and then a CCJ which I was not aware of until I tried to apply for credit. This all happened around 4/5 years ago and have moved addresses a few times since. How do I fight this and get it taken off?

    Re: Vodaphone CCJ

Hi Loulou26 & welcome to LB.

The CCJ will (probably) be granted to Lowell, not Vodaphone.
Was the court documentation sent to an old address?
When (approx date) was the CCJ given?
