  • 4 hours late filing ccj defence

    Hello.
I was meant to file my d fence with the court by 4pm yesterday which I was doing by email, but because of problems with my email I only got it in at 9pm. I was wondering if they will allow this.
    Many thanks
    Phil

    Hi Phil

If it were me I'd 'phone the relevant court (NCCBC?) on Monday.
