Hope someone can give me advice please?
Have a 5 year IVA, I am 4.5 yrs into it paid in a lot more than I expected due to increases after every annual review, but lost my job in July told my case Svisor all ok not paid since but in Dec I made an offer of a full and final settlement after my Sister offered £3k to pay off my last 7-8 months at £505 per month payments, however just received a letter with details of the final settlement details from my case Svisor, who have asked me to sign and return by post but my issue is that I lost my job in July I have not paid my monthly payments but got a job in January on a fixed term contract up to June, 6 months so I have decided not to stop the process by me notifying the case Svisor of my short term contract and hopefully the creditors will agree to my offer as it is well above 50% of the outstanding balance BUT I am so very worried can anyone please advise what is my best course of action??

I am sorry but your best action is to notify your supervisor.
