  • How long does the court take to process after they receive paperwork?

Hi, sorry if this is else where - I have searched and not found the information anywhere.

I have submitted a defense and could not go ahead with arbitration as I have not received paperwork and live abroad.

My case has been passed to a county court two months ago (I can see from MoneyClaim.gov - I've not heard anything yet.

Is there an approximate amount of time I should expect? Of course, the longer this hangs over me the longer it prolongs the stress of the situation.

    Thanks for any help.
