Re: Please Help: County Court Claim

So a letter has been received by PRA stating that they are in receipt of the correspondence of the CCA request, and will process and send a copy of the original or a reconstituted one which it is bound to be within 12 days. Still nothing from the other request based on documents for the claimants statement. I like the fact they have 12 days, but if they get one later then it's happily enforceable.

Reading up, arguing on just the CCA doesn't bring much merit to the table in a court. So I am trying to go through all other possible defence lines. Can someone tell me the criteria required in a reconstituted version. I mean can it just be a photocopy of the same one's they have been issuing to everybody else. Or does it need aspects unique to this agreement. From reading, it needs to show, what your agreement was, any changes made to it later?. include name and address at the time of the agreement. No signature is needed at all.... or the date you signed it???

It may be best to see what they send you and then run forensics over it
