smart parking notice in earl haig hounslow west
Hi there,
The driver had parked in the car park behind earlhaig car park and paid parking for 1 hour,on the 14th feb 2017.
I have today received a parking chargenotice number PCN. To pay £60 pounds
The notice has 2 pictures one showing carentering at 15:09 and leaving at 16:22.
The driver had paid the parking fees for 1 hour. They don’t have the receipt now.
They should have the records .
Any chance of appeal.
Please help.
