Can any body tell me if elder bridge can reactivate a suspended first plus repossession order granted in dec2009 without having to notify me or go back to court when i spoke to them they said they can get an eviction order without notifying me and that the first i would hear would be a letter from the court giving me a date to vacate the premises thank you

This is the first time I've read your thread.

If I've understood your post correctly the Suspended Possession Order was obtained by First Plus (Barclays) in 2009.

It appears that Elderbridge (who were subsequently assigned the account) are now attempting to evict you from the property.

Has as an Eviction Warrant been issued and if so what is the date of the intended eviction?

Have you breached the original SPO from 2009 ?

Were you present in court when the SPO was made?

Did you have any legal representation at the hearing?

Or did you consent to a SPO in order to avoid a court hearing?

I'm not being judgmental or nosy, I'm simply trying to ascertain both the current situation and the history of what happened.
