  • CCJ on file, have asked for set aside as it aint me, but i know who did this?

Hi, i found out a ccj was awarded to me and i have asked it to be set aside at a hearing.
the debt doesn't belong to me.

I have since found out my younger brother/his friend registered a car with my name at our family address, how do i proceed?

do i tell the court it was my brother, and if so what implications would it have on him?

can i ask for a set aside as i don't think the ticket issued by parking company is valid/legal.
(council-owned property with tenancy from council as landlord, parking scheme letter sent states landlord must tell tenants. council didn't inform my mother or any council tenants in the estate.
