  • CCJ Judgement

I had a CCJ judgement against me in Dec 16 which I New nothing about as the paperwork when to a old address.

I have look in to this matter and spoke to the solicitor dealing with the claim for this client now.

He is offering me a think call a Tomlin order.

Dose a Tomlin order set a side a CCJ that has been issued and if the Tomlin order is paid in line with the order dose that remove the CCJ judgement from my file/Histroy so there no record off it.

    Thank you for your help

    Re: CCJ Judgement

You could apply to the court to have the judgement set aside as it was sent to the incorrect address.
    Who is the claimant?
    What was it for?
    How much was it for?
