Re: anyone available for some confidential advice?

Sorry, but I wouldn't give advice in private. You have no way of knowing that any advice I gave is right, because there nobody to check it. On the forum, if someone disagrees, they can give their view. I wouldn't really advise anyone to ask for advice in this way.

There is very little chance of your employer seeing something on a forum, and it really isn't a big deal if they did. In legal terms, there are no surprises. You have to make a true and open case, whether to the employer or to a tribunal. So there is no advantage to the employer in knowing what your are told anyway, in the very unlikely chance that they did see it.

You might find someone who will agree to give advice off the forum, but if you do, remember that you have no way of judging how good that advice is.

I understand that completely. I can't really go into details about the situation as it is very complicated. Thanks though, I appreciate your time to answer
