  • Right to Return Vehicle

I bought a new mini cooper clubman 9 months ago. I noticed a significant leak in the boot, false bottom so the leak was there from build, I reported the leak and returned the vehicle for repair. They since have had the vehicle 3 times over a 4 month period, a total of 4 weeks in repair shop, and the leak is still there.
Do i have the right to return tbe vehicle as it is not fit for purpose.

    Hi

How did you purchase the vehicle? Was it on credit at all?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it seems to me that you may be entitled to reject the goods , you have given the trader the chance to repair the vehicle and it is still not fit for purpose or satisfactory quality, thus you may have the right to reject under s24 CRA 2015

        Hi,

You may well be able to reject the goods in that case under s24 CRA 2015. It may be worth reading up on the CRA as this would give you the information on your rights
