Premier Parking solutions/IAS appeal rejected- 1 wrong digit on registration

Hi

I parked at Exeter St.Davids Wessex car park on 1/11/16 and the machine was faulty and wouldn't accept the cash I put into the machine. I called RingGo and paid for the days parking. Or so I thought until I got back to my car and found a fine. I noticed in the text message that I received that the registration number was one digit out starting with BA13 instead of VA13 like it should have. The RingGo was a recording you have to leave so V sounds like B and when they repeated to me over phone it sounded like my reg so I didn't check my text message. My appeal was rejected by PPS and IAS and now I have been sent a demand of £160 by DRP debt recovery plus. Please can someone advice me at what to do?

So you ignore DRP, purely debt collectors who cannot do anything.

I agree. File and ignore unless you get a letter before action or court papers.
