  • Cabot Financial & Mortimer Clark Solicitors, Advice Please

Hi, I am new here, so I really hope I am posting this in the correct place. I apologise If it isn't

Today I recieved a letter from Mortimer Clark Solicitors, about a debt I have with Express Gifts. Their client is Cabot Financial

I have not had any dealing with the above company, To be honest any letters I have recieved I have ignored as I just don't know how to deal with it. But they have now said They will be taking me to court. They want me to pay a sum of £432 within 14 days if I fail to pay they will start court proceedings, I have also been sent a form to fill in my earnings and outgoings

I have no idea what I need to do next. Do I just fill in the form and offer what little amount I can offer?

    Any help will be appreicated
    Thanks
