      Ok

Your defence is not required until Mon 13th Feb? (as previously posted), so no panic.

          Afternoon all,

Vanquis have got back to me but not with all the information they state the report does not cover the account statements which are £5 each.

          The report covers the following

          1) copy of account information
          2) key of abbreviations
          3) list of transactions and charges
          4) copy of credit agreement and the associated terms and conditions

if there is anything that you want me to post please let me know.

          thanks all.

              Re: PIXELMANIA COURT CLAIM THREAD

I have acknowledged my claim but I have not done my defence did not realise it was due yesterday after seeing this post above.

I can see the threads at the top of the page about it but do I send this in the post once I have created my defence or do I post it online.

Still confuses me this whole process !

              Cheers

You may be at risk of a default judgement.
Send your defence to court now, either via MCOL or via email.

                      Re: PIXELMANIA COURT CLAIM THREAD

IF YOU HAVE SENT OFF THE LETTERS DO NOT JUST WAIT FOR REPLIES, SOME TIMES THE CLAIMANT DOESN'T RESPOND - YOU MUST PUT IN A DEFENCE (or admission) WITH 28 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE CLAIM - PLEASE ASK ON THE FORUM

And people here will help guide you through the next steps.

NOTE: The defence date is 28 days from service (ie when you received the claim) or 33 days (which allows 5 days for service) from the issue date printed on the front of the claim form. You can work out the date HERE >>> http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html

We now feature a number of specialist consumer credit debt solicitors on our sister site, lbcompare.co.uk- If your case is over £10,000 or particularly complex it may be worth a chat with a solicitor, often they will be able to help on a fixed fee or CFA (no win, no fee) basis.

                          Re: PIXELMANIA COURT CLAIM THREAD

they have 28 days to respond to defence - if they fail the court will stayed the claim? but you will not be told, so if no response after say 30 days ring the court a few days later and ask for case update i.e. they may say stayed, next proceeding if they respond is court forms be sent to you with question AQ we call them for you to fill out i.e. mediation questions etc,, so come back on here once you receive/or find out anything/?

Hi All just a quickl update so far. Today i have a letter from Lowell Solicitors looking like they have now passed the debt on to BPO Collections as i have failed to make arrangements to repay my account. BPO are one of there approved debt collection companies. Any correspondence should be referred to them with immediate effect.

What i don't understand is this is currently at the court stage?

Can anyone shed some light into why they would do this?

                              Thanks for the help
