i was wondering if M1 could help me please
after reading previous posts ive seen hes a master when it comes to this sort of stuff
i recently got a parking fine from CPM
it was outside a block of flats where my other half lives, now the car park is a little confusing as they have free parking there aswell as permit parking in the exact same car park,
the first one i got was left on my car, i chose to ignore it, then 3 weeks later ive recieved a second fine in the post for a total different day which was before the first fine,
first fine was 14/12/16
second was 10/12/16 (was no ticket left on car)
now £200 in fines is way out of line for me, if they would of accepted that i dont get paid til end of jan and allowed me to pay the orignal £60 i would of done so....
i can provide pictures of anything you need as im always in that area and still have every letter they sent and original ticket
please help
