Re: Restons - CCJ paperwork received

    Hi all

Typing this message during a brief break, will attempt to type up the letter in full later.

Basically, have received a response to my defence from Restons today. In summary:

    1. Neither they or Cabot have provided any of the documents requested through the CCA and CPR correspondence. Cabot have still not responded at all, Restons have responded as per my earlier message.

    2. They state that my defence is a template found online and that I don't understand the nature of allegations against me, and that I am just trying to frustrate proceedings.

    3. They will be instructing their client to apply for my defence to be struck out.

    4. They have invited me to withdraw my defence and complete form N9A to avoid further costs (surprise surprise!).

Do I need to respond to their letter either directly to them, or to the court, or just wait for when/if they attempt to strike out my defence?

Once again, any assistance is greatly appreciated.

And just to complicate things further, I am due to move abroad to start a new job within the next month or so.
