  • Minster bay watch ltd county court claim

In July, I parked in a car park behind the cinema in York. I purchased a ticket for an hour and left within that time. We went on holiday soon after and hence didn't keep the parking ticket.
When we returned I had a letter of minster baywatch claiming I never paid and claiming £100.00
I argued with them and POPLA that their own data shows that I paid for 1 hour but entered the registration slightly incorrectly (1 letter)
I have today received a county claim from Northampton.
Any advice on how to deal with this?

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Can you post up sanitised versions of the claim form, PCN, appeals and signs ?

Have you contacted the cinema management to see if they can intervene ?

How do I upload an image onto the thread?
I have written a letter to Reel cinema head office but got no replay.

For some reason I don't have the attachment option yet, might have to do with the fact that I have only just joined this forum or cause I'm doing this on a phone.
Particulars of claim: the driver of the vehicle ...incurred the parking charge on 20/07/16 for breaching the terms of parking on the land at York Reel cinema. The defendant was driving the vehicle and/or is the keeper of the vehicle.
And the claimant claims £150 for parking charges/ damages and indemnity costs if applicable, together with interest costs of £1.88 pursuant to s69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at 8% pa, continuing to Judgment at 0p per day.
They are claiming £151.88; court fee £25.00; legal representatives costs £50.00; total amount £226.88
That are the details on the county court business centre claim from Northampton
